Fryin'

I'm cooking one of my favorite dinners this evening - fried chicken! No matter how many times I make this dish, it's always enjoyable. I love the smell of frying chicken. This time I added some sundried tomato and basil spices to the flour. Serving the chicken with a spinach salad, corn on the cob and mashed garlic potatoes. YUM.
