We got VIP treatment this morning when Brian went to a new dentist for the first time. Not only did we get a reserved parking spot but this sign greeted us as we walked in and there was a free gift! Definitely felt welcome. Unfortunately this guy had to refer Brian elsewhere to get a tooth pulled. But, grateful we have dental insurance!! God is good. All the time.

Fluffy Towels

This is seriously one of the most simple pleasures I enjoy! I love these yankee candle air fresheners for my car. I love fluffy towels and vanilla cupcake.

This is my 3rd read of the summer. This is exciting to me because I figured Pillars of the Earth would be about it (it was 1,000 pages). I am on a Margaret Atwood kick right now. I am loving her writing style.

Trivial...To You

Seemingly trivial to you but really a big deal around our home. This darn faucet in our tub has leaked and leaked since we moved in. They've been out to fix it time and again and sometime in May we gave up with calling maintenance about it. BUT when they were here investigating our A/C "issues" they made a connection between the hot water leak and our high electric bill. Apparently with a constant leak of hot water, the water heater is working hard -DUH. They fixed the leak (again) and cleaned a few coils on the A/C. Crossing my fingers for a lower bill next month!

Dexter

Brian and I watched a lot of Dexter when we were dating. We've not really watched any since those days and have found ourselves at least 3 seasons behind. While at Blockbuster tonight we decided to get season 4 and have a little marathon. 

Free Range Cookie

I had a teacher workshop today. At lunch my teammates and I went to Houlihan's. They gave us these "free-range cookies" after we paid. I thought it was pretty silly.
